This is a hybrid role.

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Reporting & Analytics Engineer to support the creation of analytical dashboards, operational reports, and underlying data processes for the Cybersecurity organization. This role will work closely with engineering and security teams to deliver data-driven insights through BI tools and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with experience across the reporting stack—from ETL to UI.
Key Responsibilities
• Build dashboards and reports to provide insights into cybersecurity operations and performance
• Design and implement analytics solutions that combine multiple data sources and security logs
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data flow and transformations for reporting needs
• Create and maintain user-friendly interfaces and experiences for business stakeholders
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and data extracts
• Support and enhance reusable reporting components, templates, and standards
• Contribute to data quality and governance practices for analytics pipelines
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or BI development
- Proficiency in at least one major BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker
- Strong SQL skills and experience building data visualizations
- Familiarity with ETL workflows and cloud data environments (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience working with cybersecurity data is a plus
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $217,200.00
