In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
- Demonstrate proficiency in using AI-assisted development and analysis tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and approved code-centric agents)
- Leverage AI to accelerate system design, coding, testing, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Apply strong technical judgment when validating and integrating AI-assisted outputs into solutions
- Understand and account for model limitations, security risks, and operational considerations
- Apply AI responsibly in development and production environments

- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale IAM or cloud security solutions.
- Deep knowledge of AWS IAM, AWS Identity Center, AWS Organizations, Service Control Policies (SCPs), roles, policies, and federation.
- Experience with cloud identity governance, entitlement management, and privileged access management solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles including Zero Trust, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and least-privilege design.
- Experience leading Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) initiatives.
- Experience defining cloud access governance frameworks, controls, and operating models.
- Ability to translate cybersecurity, regulatory, and business requirements into scalable product solutions.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Experience supporting regulatory and audit requirements in highly regulated environments.
- Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery in Agile environments.
- Experience partnering with senior technology, security, and business leaders to influence priorities and drive outcomes.
