- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Corporate Treasury, Management Consulting, Global Treasury Management, Commercial and/or Corporate Banking
- Experience with Jira/Confluence building confluence pages and/or new reports
- Experience executing and delivering on large transformational programs
- Experience preparing strategic communications and articulating within presentations
- Experience leading strategic priorities and projects end to end
- Change management and delivery experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with Jira/Confluence building Confluence pages, content and/or new boards and reports
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
