In this role, you will:
- Lead complex product and technology initiatives from discovery through implementation
- Define and prioritize product features, capabilities, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and actionable delivery plans
- Partner closely with architects, engineers, Salesforce teams, and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions
- Evaluate and help drive Salesforce-based solutions where appropriate while supporting delivery across a broader portfolio of business capabilities and technology platforms
- Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, testing, and release readiness activities
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and issues across business and technology teams
- Ensure solutions comply with legal, risk, operational, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams to achieve business outcomes
- Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
- Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including workflows, automation, integrations, and user experience design
- Experience delivering business capabilities utilizing the Salesforce platform and partnering with Salesforce architects, administrators, and development teams
- Knowledge and practical experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management
- Experience leading technology initiatives from concept through implementation
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories, process flows, and actionable delivery plans
- Experience partnering directly with technology teams throughout solution design, development, testing, and deployment
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Strong execution and delivery management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience creating business workflows and other solution design artifacts
- Ability to effectively partner, influence, and collaborate across business, technology, and functional organizations
- Knowledge and understanding of the auto finance industry
- Experience supporting Dealer Management, Sales, Originations, or related business capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
- Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
