You will architect and scale identity systems that support millions of end users and thousands of business customers across multiple SaaS applications.

What You'll Do
  • Own the vision and roadmap for Mindbody’s unified identity platform, serving as the foundation for authentication, authorization, account management, and user relationships across our product ecosystem.
  • Enhance consumer identity systems with features that business customers need to provide seamless, secure, and user-friendly experiences for their clients.
  • Launch features to targeted demographics while monitoring impact.
  • Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all staff users of B2B Mindbody software, ensuring enterprise-grade security without disrupting business workflows.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of large-scale identity migrations and rollouts, ensuring secure, stable transitions for thousands of enterprise customers and millions of consumers.
  • Define and evolve granular, customizable permission and role models for enterprise customers, including complex organizational structures, hierarchies, and administrative controls.
  • Develop and scale multi-user and family relationship models for consumer products, including shared access, guardianship, household structures, and delegated roles.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment for identity standards across multiple product teams, ensuring consistency and reliability throughout the Mindbody ecosystem.
  • Own end-to-end product initiatives—from user research and requirements through rollout planning, migration coordination, change management, and post-launch optimization.
  • Work closely with design and UX writing partners to deliver IAM flows with exceptional clarity, precision, and ease of use.
  • Communicate product strategy, risks, and tradeoffs at executive levels, building consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking ForRequired Experience & Skills
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Identity & Access Management, authentication systems, or security platforms.
  • Demonstrated success owning IAM for both enterprise (B2B) and consumer products.
  • Experience defining and implementing unified identity platforms across multiple SaaS applications, with strong architectural understanding of cross-product identity needs.
  • Proven track record leading major identity migrations, login-related transitions, and high-scale rollouts impacting thousands of organizations and millions of users.
  • Deep expertise in identity standards and technologies:
    • OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
    • SAML SSO, OIDC SSO
    • MFA (TOTP, SMS, push, hardware keys)
    • Social sign-on (Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience building or managing complex permissions and role-based access control (RBAC) for enterprise environments.
  • Experience designing and operating multi-user or family account structures on the consumer side.
  • Able to self-serve data for analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting using SQL without relying on engineering or analytics teams.
  • Strong understanding of how identity changes impact business operations, with demonstrated ability to execute identity improvements without breaking established workflows.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills - including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive leadership.
  • A data-driven approach with experience using metrics, experimentation, and user research to drive product decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, wellness, education).
  • Familiarity with identity governance, auditing, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with customer lifecycle, entitlement systems, or cross-product platform integration.
  • Background working on platform teams supporting multiple product groups or business units.
  • Experience in the wellness, fitness, or beauty industry.
What You Bring
  • A user-first mindset that balances enterprise workflow stability with consumer-grade usability.
  • A security-first approach that does not compromise clarity or simplicity.
  • A systems-thinking perspective with the ability to architect identity solutions that scale across multiple products and business models.
  • A collaborative, thoughtful leadership style and passion for building elegant, secure, and resilient IAM foundations.
  • The ability to help staff users support their clients while maintaining security and privacy standards.
