- Influence campaign direction and prioritization across multiple stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives from concept through execution and performance evaluation.
- Evaluate acquisition channel performance and customer lifetime value.
- Monitor portfolio health and identify growth opportunities.
- Design testing frameworks that improve targeting, offer effectiveness, and acquisition outcomes.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Create clear executive-level communications and performance reporting.
- Translate complex analysis into actionable business decisions.
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Credit card acquisition, portfolio management, or growth strategy
- Experience in Consumer lending products such as credit cards, personal loans, auto lending, or unsecured lending
- Marketing strategy, acquisition analytics, and/or portfolio optimization
- Financial services consulting with exposure to consumer banking or lending
- Performance marketing across direct mail, email, digital, or paid media channels
- Market research, competitive intelligence, and growth strategy development
- Experience with credit card acquisition, customer growth, or lending portfolio strategy
- Strong SQL, analytical, and data interpretation skills
- Experience developing executive presentations and business recommendations
- Understanding of credit risk, lending frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to deliver results in complex, matrixed organizations
