- 3+ years of experience developing WPF desktop applications, including MVVM, data binding, and UI architecture
- 3+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications
- 2+ years of experience with MongoDB, including schema design, performance optimization, and application integration
- 1+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, EPLX, Harness, or similar DevOps platforms
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, secure coding practices, and automated testing
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native engineering practices
- Experience modernizing large-scale or legacy .NET/WPF applications
- Familiarity with distributed systems and integration patterns
- Experience with SQL Server, database design, scripting, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Experience with Windows desktop deployment technologies
- Experience with enterprise document management, workflow applications
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity
- Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
