- Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participation in large-scale planning for the marketing area
- Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives related to marketing
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships, and cross-functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
- May lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience managing complex, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategy, optimization, and channel best practices.
- Proven ability to drive customer growth through integrated marketing communications.
- Strong analytical experience using performance data to identify trends and improve results.
- Experience leading creative development for customer-focused marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing test-and-learn strategies.
- Knowledge of digital payment products and solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and agency resources.
- Must reside within a commutable distance from posted work location
- Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work from one of the approved jobs posting locations three (3) days in office & two (2) days remote.
