About the role 


The Lead/Territory Manager is responsible for driving data‑driven sales and marketing strategies through comprehensive territory intelligence, competitive analysis, and offer positioning across regional markets. This role will analyze competitive landscapes, overbuild activity, pricing and promotional offers, and market penetration trends to inform sales execution and optimize lead strategy.


By translating market insights into actionable recommendations, this position will directly influence sales efficiency, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and overall subscriber growth. The Territory / Lead Management Manager will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure territory strategies are aligned with operational readiness and market demand.


Responsibilities: 


Territory & Market Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis across regional markets, including pricing, promotions, speed offerings, and packaging.
  • Lead overbuild analysis, assessing competitive network expansion, timing, and impact on sales and penetration.
  • Perform proof‑of‑offer analysis to evaluate competitiveness and effectiveness of current and proposed pricing and marketing offers.
  • Monitor market‑level performance metrics including uptake, churn, and active subscriber trends.

Lead & Territory Strategy

  • Develop territory‑level insights to guide lead prioritization, routing, and sales focus.
  • Identify high‑opportunity territories and segments to improve sales efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align territory strategy with go‑to‑market plans and capacity.

Sales & Marketing Enablement

  • Provide clear, data‑backed recommendations on pricing, offers, and promotions by market or territory.
  • Support targeted marketing initiatives through competitive insights and localized market intelligence.

Reporting & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and summaries that communicate territory performance and competitive dynamics.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and frontline teams.
  • Support launch planning for new markets, promotions, and campaigns with informed territory analysis.

Qualifications: 

  •  3+ year of sales and analytics experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related field required
  • Prior experience in Telecommunications industry preferred
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
