About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to support Discovery & Execution work for EPPM (Enterprise Product & Pricing Management) program. The individual will contribute towards supporting strategic product and pricing initiatives and platform modernization; collaborating with channels, product teams, and delivery teams to discover and deliver on the product vision for integration with the new EPPM platform and rationalizing the legacy platforms. This role will be reporting directly to the Channel Integration Director for the EPPM program.
The Team:
The Enterprise Product and Pricing Management (EPPM) team is responsible for leading the development of the enterprise product catalog and associated pricing capabilities on a new modernized technology platform. Working closely with technology and other partners, the team will transform legacy products and processes into new capabilities that will excite customers, serve more segments, and accomplish this in less time than it takes with legacy systems and processes. The scope of responsibilities spans consumer, small business, and commercial products across the enterprise including deposits, credit, payments, and investing.
In this role, you will:
Support the development and execution of the EPPM platform strategy across the enterprise to achieve business outcomes, with specific focus on platform rationalization & channel integration, and product & pricing initiatives.
As part of Discovery, help shape strategic decisions with business partners by identifying solutions and improvement opportunities for complex business challenges.
Create high level requirements and other appropriate documentation as part of Discovery process.
Support the Execution process by participating in relevant agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise building transformational strategies and being able to deliver at scale in a highly regulated environment.
Previous experience developing and executing enterprise platform strategies and developing products.
Proven experience leading in an Agile development environment.
Experience, expertise, and understanding of financial services and financial products.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus and a passion for the customer experience.
Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00Benefits
