About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to support the Customer Engagement Ecosystem (CEE) platform. This role is responsible for platform operations, ruleset governance, deployment management, production support, incident triage, and configuration management across the enterprise customer decisioning ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
  • Manage and maintain Pega CDH configurations across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Own ruleset governance, migration, versioning, and deployment activities across environments.
  • Coordinate release planning, deployment execution, and production implementation activities.
  • Lead production support, issue triage, incident management, and root cause analysis efforts.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Decision Science, Analytics, and Operations teams to deliver and support customer decisioning capabilities.
  • Support platform upgrades, environment readiness activities, and ongoing platform enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform stability, deployment quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate deployment readiness, production status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise software platforms, customer engagement platforms, or decisioning systems.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering Pega related Solutions & Applications
  • Experience working with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
  • Experience supporting production environments, issue triage, and incident management.
  • Experience with Pega ruleset management, migration, deployment, and release processes.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, SDLC, and release management practices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Prior banking or financial services experience.
  • Experience supporting customer decisioning, personalization, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), predictive analytics, or adaptive learning concepts.
  • Experience working with analytics, decision science, or model governance teams.
  • Familiarity with adaptive models, propensity models, arbitration strategies, and Next-Best-Action concepts.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation practices.
  • Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) or similar certifications.

Job Expectations:
  • Ensure stable and reliable operation of the Pega CDH platform.
  • Execute deployments with strong governance and minimal production impact.
  • Drive timely resolution of production incidents and operational issues.
  • Partner effectively across Product, Technology, Operations, Analytics, and Decision Science teams.
  • Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, and platform reliability.
