- Continuously improve developer satisfaction, productivity, and onboarding experiences.
- Establish adoption strategies and success metrics across engineering organizations.

- Manage dependencies across multiple products, platforms, and stakeholder groups.
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong product ownership experience with enterprise software platforms, developer Tools, frameworks, or shared technology services.
- Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes aligned to business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence engineering leaders, architects, developers, and executive leadership without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including definition and tracking of product KPIs, OKRs, and adoption metrics.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development, developer productivity platforms, Agent Skills, Copilot, automation tooling, and modern engineering practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, remove organizational impediments, and drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Technical background in software engineering, architecture, or platform engineering preferred.
- Experience with software engineering, application development, or platform engineering.
- Knowledge of Developer Experience (DevEx) principles and developer productivity frameworks.
