In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital document capabilities including business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise.
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning.
- Requires strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals across Product, Experience design and Technology to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
- Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
- Understand the competitive landscape, emerging capabilities, existing pain points, etc. to inform the strategy
- Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, product owners, vendors, project managers and delivery team companywide
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Prior Experience in Digital products and/or Data and Document Collaboration technology.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Excellent verbal, written, collaborative, and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in building presentations and communications, with ability to simplify complex problems, design, or build strategy
- Demonstrated track record of working effectively in a team environment, across all organizational levels, and building superior partnerships with a broad set of partners with other business and functional areas
- Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
- Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
- Experience in using Jira and Confluence to track, prioritize and deliver initiatives
- Ability to remain focused on value driven initiatives
- Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week
