  • Manage the Pega and horizontal platform backlog, balancing emerging capabilities with platform health, scalability, technical debt, and lifecycle priorities
  • Establish a clear service catalog and consumption model that enables product teams to discover, adopt, and support available platform capabilities
  • Define platform standards and rules of engagement, including API standards, integration patterns, onboarding requirements, governance expectations, and support models
  • Measure platform success through adoption, reuse, reliability, customer outcomes, realized business value, and improvements in application-team velocity
  • Lead complex product decisions and ensure capabilities are delivered in accordance with applicable risk, control, security, data, regulatory, and policy requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience leading AI, workflow, or enterprise platform products that support multiple applications, product teams, or business units
  • Demonstrated success defining platform strategy, roadmaps, service offerings, and adoption models that increased reuse and generated measurable customer or business value
  • Experience building products for internal developers, application teams, technical users, or other product teams, with a strong understanding of developer and platform customer needs
  • Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data services, orchestration, platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and product lifecycle considerations
  • Experience translating recurring customer and implementation needs into reusable platform capabilities while managing the appropriate boundaries between shared services and application-specific requirements
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex product decisions across business, product, engineering, architecture, data, risk, security, and control functions in a matrixed organization
