Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Management Analyst to join the Corporate Risk Data Management & Governance organization. The role will primarily focus on collaboration, coordination, and will require strong organizational and multi-tasking skills as well as collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.
About this role, you will:

Support the efforts related to managing the enterprise data management and data defect processes for the Corporate Risk Domain. This will include collaborating with the Enterprise Data Management team to support Data Management risk.
-
Additionally, the role will meet with representatives from across the Risk Management organization to collect and enter data management artifacts, data defects, as well as coordinate and driving remediation efforts.
-
Act in a leadership role on the team to document and review data management artifacts and data defect documentation to support various audiences including DMI, senior management, audit, etc.
-
Partner with a diverse team in various locations across the US and India to manage the data defect management process for Corporate Risk
-
Design and manage reporting to various audiences.
-
Delegate work to more junior team members in an advisory capacity. Monitor capacity and workloads to ensure all deadlines are met.
-
Work in a fast-paced environment with changing deliverables to meet deadlines.
-
Attention to detail and project management skillsets are crucial.
-
Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs.

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality.
-
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions.

Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy.
Required Qualifications:
-
5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
-
Big 4 Accounting Experience.
-
Advanced use of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
-
Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and issues Management.
-
Knowledge of risk and regulatory reporting.
-
Experience with financial reporting controls and performing complex data analysis.
-
Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization.
-
Knowledge and understanding of financial industry, associated regulatory standards and agencies.
-
Ability to identify risk factors and ensure enactment of appropriate controls.
-
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
-
Subject matter expertise on data governance, data information modeling, and data aggregation controls.
-
Professional certifications are a plus.
-
Deep knowledge and understanding of data integrity management practices and procedures.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
