- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at retaining and growing the ARS portfolio, including identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and deepen client relationships.
- Lead transaction amendments and facility modifications, including commitment increases, renewals, deposit account control agreement changes, and borrowing base structural enhancements.
- Exercise sound judgment in complex situations by balancing client needs with credit discipline, risk management standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Risk Management, Banking, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve business objectives.
- Communicate key portfolio developments, emerging risks, and mitigation strategies to management and risk partners.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to peers, helping develop best practices and fostering collaboration across the ARS platform.
- Participate in and lead special projects, including regulatory, policy, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with Accounts Receivable Securitization, Asset-Based Lending (ABL), or other structured finance products.
- Strong financial analysis and credit risk management skills.
- Experience working with large corporate clients, including companies with annual revenues exceeding $750 million.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and transaction structures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or Investment Banking environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
