About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to drive the integration of AI technologies into our Learning & Development (L&D) function, driving innovation in how employees learn and grow. This role will identify high-impact use cases, evaluate emerging tools, and collaborate across HR, technology, and business units to enhance productivity and learning outcomes.
In this role, you will:
  • Contribute and execute an AI strategic enablement roadmap for L&D aligned with enterprise strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of governance frameworks as part of the project team.
  • Identify and prioritize GenAI use cases that align with internal productivity goals and learner experience performance gains.
  • Lead experimentation and evaluation of AI-driven tools and platforms for the full L&D lifecycle (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Degreed, Workday, Google Agentspace).
  • Architect AI-driven learning workflows and integrations.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure secure and scalable deployment.
  • Design pilots and proof-of-concepts for AI learning tools.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to pilot and scale AI-driven learning solutions.
  • Monitor external trends and regulatory implications in AI and workforce development.
  • Build change management and adoption strategies for AI-enabled learning.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Share learnings, best practices, and templates with team members to support best in class standards and guidelines.
  • Guide evaluation and selection of GenAI models based on performance and fit.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in generative AI, agentic AI, and automation technologies. Experience applying AI to reimagine and optimize learning content development, including the use of AI tools to synthesize data, generate deliverables, and accelerate instructional design workflows
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high-impact consulting solutions, with a strong foundation in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational transformation
  • Experience leading macro-level learning transformations that span across the organization. Ability to identify high-impact use cases for AI in learning and development, and translate current-state processes into future-state models powered by emerging technologies
  • Strong understanding of the AI landscape, including AI models, summarization, and content generation. Ability to activate and scale AI use cases across the talent lifecycle, with a focus on productivity gains and measurable outcomes
  • Familiarity with HR systems, processes, and disciplines such as workforce planning, instructional design, and employee experience. Experience integrating AI into HR workflows and aligning solutions with AI governance, compliance, and risk frameworks.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, including lines of business products and technology partners. Skilled in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating technical concepts into actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of crafting executive-ready presentations, synthesizing data into compelling narratives, and influencing senior leadership through strategic messaging
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in HR or learning tech.
  • Experience with vendor evaluation and enterprise technology integration.
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact
  • Proven leadership in consulting or digital transformation with GenAI focus
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
