About this role:
You will join Employee Development and Communications (ED&C) within Merchant Services, shaping and transforming the readiness and enablement function to deliver impact at scale across the business. This role will drive best practices, innovation and a strong focus on user engagement and experience. ED&C partners with the Change Management Office and other key business functions (e.g., Marketing, Solutions, Pricing) to ensure that frontline and client support teams are prepared for business-critical initiatives and client impacts. In addition, the COE delivers foundational and ongoing learning in product knowledge, processes and sales skills that equip our teams to perform with confidence and consistency.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and deliver training and content that drive adoption and business outcomes
- Partner across functions to design and scale readiness programs and tools
- Ensure transformation initiatives receive the enablement support needed to achieve measurable impact
- Leverage feedback and data to track KPIs and continuously improve readiness effectiveness.
- Introduce innovation and best practices, including AI, to boost efficiency, scalability and engagement
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in business readiness strategies, training, learning, change management, and driving adoption
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present complex concepts in a clear manner
- Excellent planning, organization and execution skills and the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Proven ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including executives, senior managers, and subject matter experts
- Experience in the payments industry
- Flexible skill set - excelling in one or both areas: dynamic facilitator, content innovator or ideally both
