Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in the Customer Reference Data Solutions within the Financial Crimes and Regulatory Operations (FCRO) group as part of Global Operations, Shared Services. Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of complex business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Partner with Product, Financial Crimes teams, Business Data Leads and other key stakeholders to support the development of an Enterprise Customer Profile
  • Drive and lead business initiatives that improve Customer Reference Data Quality and enhance operational practices.
  • Develop data driven insights into customer reference data and perform root cause analysis of data quality issues.
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience conducting root cause analysis
  • Ability to write SQL queries
  • Ability to conduct data profiling across large bodies of work
  • 3+ years KYC/Financial Crimes experience with a working knowledge of Beneficial Ownership, CDD, EDD, or Screening
  • Experience with RCSA, issues management, corrective actions, control design and implementation
  • Knowledge of the product management discipline
  • Experience with engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset, create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change
  • Experience creating and managing roadmaps, strategies, and products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex environment, creating strong professional partnerships
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements
  • Displays an agile mindset to adapt to changing customer needs, business strategies, and technology environments to deliver in a way that meets the demands of the current and future marketplace
