Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in Human Resources as part of the Conduct Analytics & Reporting (CAR) team within Conduct Management (CM). The Lead Business Execution Consultant will report into the leader of CAR-Program Enablement and lead key initiatives to create and/or enhanced processes across the CAR group. Additionally, this role will support the development of BAU CAR reporting regarding business management, operational reporting, and CAR initiatives. Also, the role will lead, enhance, and monitor the CAR product portfolio process ensuring consistency in identification, documentation, and attributes.

In this role, you will:
- Support the execution of complex and unique challenges requiring analytical skills and extensive knowledge and understanding of processes delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
- Develop routines to properly monitor and report materials clearly across varying stakeholders within CAR and CM
- Develop & enhance processes and monitoring routines for recording and tracking the CAR product inventory and associated data points from inception to retirement (as applicable)
- Support periodic assessments (BCP, Staffing Adequacy, etc.)of by the Enterprise and/or CM
- Lead stakeholders to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Be proficient in engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to data management and data governance regulations, and policies and compliance requirements
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Experience with product management and overall understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Understanding of analytics and reporting
- Experience collaborating and interacting with senior management
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Experience successfully designing and optimizing execution processes for simplicity, throughput, and quality
- Ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical issue resolution related to program initiatives
- Adaptable to rapid large-scale changes in business processes and organizational structure
- Experience using JIRA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work onsite at one of the posted locations (uptown Charlotte, NC and West Des Moines, IA) under a hybrid model.
