About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Analytics Consultant to join our Corporate and Investment Banking - Markets analytics team. The ideal candidate will combine financial acumen with advanced technical skills to drive data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making across Markets business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to support sales/trading, risk, and strategy teams.
  • Write efficient and scalable SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from complex databases.
  • Build and automate analytical tools and models using Python for forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with salespeople, traders, quants, and technology teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role within sales & trading, or investment banking to Corporate & Investment Banking, investment banking, asset management, or a major financial institution.
  • Understanding of Markets products.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau/Power BI is required.
  • Experience working with large financial datasets and market data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
  • Solid grasp of financial concepts and risk metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience at a top-tier investment bank or global financial institution.
  • Real life applicability of leveraging AI to enhance performance.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$100,000.00 - $196,000.00
