This includes responsibility for establishing execution rigor, reporting, enabling cross-functional alignment, and continuously improving the program to ensure strategic objectives translate into measurable business outcomes.
The role is responsible for driving alignment, resolving dependencies, and ensuring resilience initiatives operate as a coordinated enterprise capability rather than independent workstreams.

Additionally, this role drives the maturity of the IT Operational Resilience program through improvements in tooling, data quality, process integration, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. This includes helping establish a scalable foundation for critical service resilience, technology continuity, disaster recovery, and resilience performance management.
This role supports executive engagement through development of clear, actionable, and data-driven insights regarding program performance, risks, dependencies, maturity, and progress against strategic objectives.
What You Will Do
  • Lead cross-functional integration efforts across business continuity, and enterprise technology organizations.
  • Develop and mature the IT Operational Resilience operating model, including governance structures, delivery frameworks, performance metrics, and stakeholder engagement processes.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of resilience tooling, data management practices, and technology integrations to improve program effectiveness and scalability.
  • Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance measures that provide visibility into resilience capabilities, risks, priorities, and program maturity.
  • Partner with leaders across technology and business functions to define and implement sustainable processes that strengthen resilience capabilities and improve organizational readiness.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process simplification, automation, and resilience program maturity.

  • 6 years of experience in information security

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs within complex technology organizations
  • Experience designing, implementing, or improving operating models, governance frameworks, delivery processes, or enterprise capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success influencing leaders and stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct reporting authority.
  • Experience leading enterprise process improvement, organizational change, service management, or technology transformation initiatives.
  • Experience developing executive communications, strategic roadmaps, performance metrics, dashboards, and governance reporting.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, LogicGate, CMDB platforms, GRC solutions, or similar workflow and data management technologies.
