Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $200B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.

About the Role

Launch Trainers are essential to delivering a world-class onboarding experience at Dandy. You’ll guide new dental practices through engaging training sessions—both virtual and in-person—to build confidence and excitement around digital dentistry. Beyond initial onboarding, you’ll continue coaching practices on scan quality, ordering workflows, and feature adoption to ensure long-term success.

This role includes up to 20% travel for in-practice training and support.

What You’ll Do

Live Training & Onboarding

  • Lead new practices through Dandy’s onboarding program, helping them ramp up quickly and effectively.

  • Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtually and on-site, tailored to the learning styles and structure of each practice.

  • Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows, offering hands-on coaching during live sessions.

  • Support full platform adoption by ensuring practices are confident using Dandy tools from day one.

Ongoing Coaching & Support

  • Serve as a trusted coach post-launch, helping practices refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers.

  • Monitor early scan quality and deliver clear, constructive feedback to drive technique improvement.

  • Identify gaps in product usage and offer targeted follow-up to close them.

  • Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure order success.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to share insights and improve the customer journey.

  • Recognize early wins and celebrate progress to build practice confidence and momentum.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred).

  • Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.

  • Strong facilitation skills with experience leading live (virtual and in-person) training and coaching sessions.

  • Clear and confident communicator with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-first mindset—empathetic, patient, and tuned into individual learning needs.

  • Quick learner, tech-savvy, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

  • Organized and efficient in managing multiple trainings, follow-ups, and customer touchpoints.

  • Persuasive and supportive coach, skilled in encouraging behavior change and driving adoption.
