About the Role

Full-time position responsible for overseeing the purchasing and on time delivery of materials for the dental labs. This person would also manage the day to day relationship with their assigned vendors and ensure on time payment for those vendors.

What You'll Do:

Procurement Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day buying relationship with implant manufacturers and distributors

  • Developing and implementing purchasing strategies of implant materials

  • Hold all implant manufacturers and distributors accountable to expected turn around times and proactively update orders in associated softwares

  • Manage and monitor the external sourcing and delivery of custom implant materials to ensure these are timely processed

  • Collaborate with lab on any quality issues and drive to resolution with supplier

  • Resolve any invoicing issues in a timely manner


What We're Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience in either inventory management or procurement

  • Familiarity with material planning, inventory management, and external sourcing

  • Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines

  • Experience supporting implant case work production

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

You’ll Really Stand Out If You:

  • Experience in both inventory management and procurement

  • Experience with NetSuite

  • Implant/dental industry experience

  • Deep understanding of dental implant case manufacturing

Working hours: 9:00 am -6:00 pm EST - This role requires working Eastern Time Zone (US working hours)
