We are seeking a Knowledge Manager/Content Librarian to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to join a collaborative, well-rounded marketing team and grow our full-service professional services practice. What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Take responsibility for capturing, developing, writing, organizing, and managing proposal content assets for the Firm's various practice areas on the proposal automation platform (Qvidian), ensuring the Proposal Team can easily access the content they need.

  • Manage the proposal content development process, including intake, review and approval cycles, and prioritization of tasks

  • Maintain firm profiles and keep up to date firm statistics

  • Monitor integrity of marketing collateral information for pitch decks and sales document.

  • Develop a structured system to organize and store content, making it searchable and easy to navigate for internal users

  • Engage with internal subject matter experts across the firm to gain deep insights into their service offerings, methodologies, tools, accelerators, and differentiators, and use this knowledge to create compelling content

  • Expand the reach of the knowledge management service by leveraging positive experiences shared by practitioners throughout the firm

  • Build strong partnerships across shared services to support the Proposal Team in achieving its knowledge management goals

  • Ensure that all proposal content meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with brand guidelines.

  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet high standards

  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing across practice areas to enhance expertise and give voice to users

  • Conduct training sessions with the Proposal Team to educate them on key practice areas and relevant proposal content

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the overall proposal development strategy

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Library Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant professional work experience

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Can translate technical content into the tone and flow required for proposal usage and substantially simplify/shorten complex technical jargon

  • Experience working in knowledge management at a professional services or consultancy firm preferred

  • Impeccable writing and editorial skills, with an outstanding command of the English language

  • Excellent project management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines

  • Possesses expert-level skills in Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

  • Proven experience working with professionals of all staff classes up to C-Level

  • Possesses interview skills and is a curious, thoughtful listener

  • Exceptional research skills

  • Have used and experimented with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Llama, etc. preferred

  • Operates well with giving and receiving feedback

Preferred candidates also have knowledge in the following areas:

  • Sales and Marketing – Experience in showcasing, promoting, and selling industry or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and customer relationship management systems.

  • Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing professional services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Communications and Media - Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
