The Opportunity:

We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Central Command’s Directorate of Intelligence (USCENTCOM J2) with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis support. In this exciting opportunity you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis and production to satisfy USCENTCOM’s primary lines of effort (LOEs). This will include analytical requirements focused on counterterrorism, counter insurgency, regional and transregional issues, energy, socio-cultural, and/or assisting with collection methodology. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that help protect the Department of Defense (DoD) and advance USCENTCOM J2’s priorities in the Middle East.
Responsibilities:

As a Knowledge Manager, supporting USCENTCOM J2’s Common Intelligence Picture, you will have the opportunity to track all threat air, land, sea, and space activity in the USCENTCOM AOR maintaining situational awareness for the Command.

Manage complex NRT alert criteria related to heightened focus areas and time-windows for active threat streams throughout the USCENTCOM AOR.

Provide analysis to and the context of threat data being integrated into the Commander's Common Operational Picture (COP).

Support the development and promulgation of CIP policy and Object Management Services (OMS) for all components and elements operating in theater.

This position requires an availability to support shifts on a 24/7 watch rotation to the Command JOC during routine and crisis operations requiring surge support. Crises may require surge support outside of the normal 24/7 Joint Operations Center (JOC) Watch requirement.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
TS/SCI clearance required with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Specialized training and 5 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrate proficiency managing a CIP using tools including, but not limited to, FADE Mist, Bodhi, Thresher, Watchbox, Intelbook, Maven Smart System, and Chatsurfer.

Demonstrate experience using all-source analytic techniques, to include Object Based Production (OBP), with a strong background in and knowledge of SIGINT, OPIR, and GEOINT.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.

Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of a team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with organizational partners.

Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.

Flexibility to support shift work, if required.
Desired:

Previous experience conducting similar work to support a COCOM or national-level intelligence agency.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$59,100 - $124,100
