  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years working experience as the supplier to develop Auto Tiers business.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • At least CET-4 required.
  • Self motivated and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic business environment servicing customers from the automotive industry

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

  • Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the company business strategies.
  • Maintain the existing business and develop the new business from Tier supplier.
  • Work with key customers to identify fastening system solutions for product application.
  • Visit key customers on a regular basis to better understand their requirements and seek out new business opportunities independently. 
  • Enhance the per-vehicle penetration of SEF products or services within supply chain tiers.
  • Secure orders and work with customer service and the plants to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Inventory management with support of customer service to balance timely delivery and lowest freight cost, in case delivery risk is predicted, should alert customer in advance with suitable methods accepted by customer.
  • Coordinate and work with various groups across the organization to address customer complaints
  • Collect market information that would help in decision making and the planning of marketing and sales strategy
  • Prepare sales forecast and budgets for customer accounts handled
  • Prepare various sales reports, such as but not limited in new business, customer call status, etc.
