Bring your functional finance experience with higher education and the Jenzabar ERP system to help our clients. Your experience with the finance module will help the institutions create efficiencies, process improvements, and quality financial data reporting. Your expertise will also be leveraged to train finance professionals within the client institutions. As a consultant, you will enjoy the flexibility of remote work while contributing to the success of leading institutions.

 

CampusWorks consultants engage with our clients in higher education to assist them in fully leveraging their people, processes, policies, and technologies.  We work collaboratively with clients’ functional and technical teams and our CampusWorks colleagues to evaluate current processes, design future-state optimal processes, and to architect, develop, test, train, and rollout process and technical solutions that delight our clients.



This position requires experience in Finance operations and hands on experience with Jenzabar (CX, EX, or J1).


Finance consultants work within a CampusWorks team dedicated to assisting our clients in fully leveraging the features and functionality within the Jenzabar ecosystem.  The ideal candidate will bring an analytical, problem-solving mindset and substantial expertise and experience using, implementing, and/or consulting in a higher education environment within Jenzabar Finance, including but not limited to: General Ledger, Budget, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Grants and Fixed Assets.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ Jenzabar (CX, EX, or J1) expertise, Jenzabar SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience in Finance in higher education
  • ERP implementation, and/or consulting experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
  • Experience working with senior leaders as a partner and trusted advisor preferred
  • Experience with project management methodologies/software and/or process mapping/software preferred
