The Impact of an IT Systems Administrator at Coupa:

As an IT Systems Administrator for AI Platforms, you will be the primary technical owner of our enterprise AI ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between AI service providers and our internal teams, ensuring that tools like Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini Enterprise (Google) are seamlessly provisioned, optimized, and supported.

What You'll Do:

  • Platform Administration: Manage administrative consoles for enterprise AI tools; oversee user provisioning, permission sets, and security configurations.
  • License & Spend Management: Track seat utilization and manage license lifecycles. Monitor API usage and monthly spend to ensure budget alignment.
  • Triage & Support: Act as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for AI-related help desk tickets. Manage and prioritize incoming service requests for new AI features or access.
  • Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Anthropic and Google, managing account health, feature updates, and technical escalations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Deliver quarterly reports on platform adoption, ROI, usage trends, and system performance to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Continuous refinement of service request forms and automated workflows to streamline the AI onboarding experience.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • Experience: 3+ years in IT Systems Administration or SaaS Operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Google Workspace Admin, enterprise SSO/IdP integrations, and AI model deployment consoles.
  • Vendor Management: Proven track record of managing high-touch relationships with Tier 1 software vendors.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to translate raw usage data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical users.
