Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement contingency plans.
- Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and organizational policies.
- Perform post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SyteLine familiarity is a plus).
- Ability to manage remote teams and outsourced resources.
- Strong financial acumen for budget control.
- Proficiency with ClickUp, Jira, and ServiceNow for project tracking and IT service management.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives.
