Xylem is seeking an Endpoint Services Intern to join our Client Endpoint Services (CES) Team. This role will focus on managing and supporting endpoint devices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows PCs, with secondary skills in Microsoft Azure and Intune platforms.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 10–12 weeks

  • Hourly Rate: $21.00–$27.00/hour

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support end-user technology solutions including PCs, MacBooks, tablets, and smartphones.

  • Utilize enterprise tools such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Desktop Toolkit, and Apple Business Manager.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and architectural diagrams.

  • Collaborate with end users to understand technology needs and deliver solutions aligned with company standards.

  • Support virtual solutions such as Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365.

  • Manage incidents, perform problem management, and maintain operational stability.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in end-user technology management (Microsoft, Dell products).

  • Familiarity with enterprise tools: MS Intune, MECM, MS MDT, Apple ABM/ADE.

  • Strong documentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certifications in Microsoft and Apple technologies.

  • Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell or similar).

  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

You’ll work closely with the CES team to ensure smooth operation of endpoint services, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to projects that enhance Xylem’s technology infrastructure. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in enterprise IT environments while supporting critical business functions.
