Responsibilities

Drive 100% connectivity of connectable systems in the Installed Base and the new installations.

Provide technical support to field service engineers and facilitate in resolving technical issues concerning connectivity.

Play a leading role with the service sales team and the service delivery remote applications team to enable growth opportunities and deploy new digital technologies in the region and develop the service offerings in the region.

Build the working relationship with Service Sales Specialists, HPM PMI organization, On-Line Centre (OLC) & Service Management within the region to drive appropriate Service Connectivity in new and existing installations. Facilitate the management of New Installations.

Negotiate with our customers’ local IT team and advise them on the best solution to adopt.

Produce and maintain Connectivity database within current quality system and procedures.

Ensure quality connectivity implementation.

Maintain an effective Quality System and comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, the Quality Policy and documented processes. Promptly escalate any quality or integrity issue.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Basic Networking: Understanding of basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, subnetting, and DNS.

VPN Configuration: Familiarity with setting up and configuring VPN clients and servers.

Network Security Basics: Basic knowledge of network security principles to protect VPN connections.

Operating System Fundamentals: Basic skills in navigating and managing Windows and Linux operating systems.

Firewall Basics: Understanding of basic firewall concepts and configurations.

Network Monitoring: Basic skills in using network monitoring tools to observe network performance.

Troubleshooting: Fundamental troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve network and VPN issues.

Fluent English and Romanian.

Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Problem-Solving mindset: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments.
