Serve as strategic IT liaison to the business: recommend IT solutions, prioritize system development, manage projects, maintain SOX documentation, drive IT metrics, oversee departmental reporting, budgeting, and IT operations across multiple facilities while enforcing corporate IT standards.

- Understanding of manufacturing business processes is helpful, but not mandatory.
- Ability to provide cross-functional and organizational leadership within a highly matrix organization.
- Demonstrated aptitude for process improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to coach, assess, evaluate, develop, motivate and empower others.
- Oversee IT projects and operations at multiple facilities.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related technical/management field or experienced considered
- 5+ years of supervisory experience within an IT Department
