About the Role:

As an IT Business Analyst on the Workplace Experience team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring Aura team members have a productive and secure experience from their first day at Aura. You'll use your blend of business, communication, and analysis skills to support both Information Technology and Information Security initiatives. A key aspect of this role involves developing and delivering impactful communications. Your passion for the user experience will help you be successful in this role.

Day to Day:

  • Create and implement communication and awareness plans for IT and IS initiatives, projects, system changes, outages, and new technology rollouts.
  • Design and execute campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of IT and IS services, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage and optimize various communication channels, including Slack channels, Google sites and email.
  • Contribute to the creation and organization of accessible team knowledge bases and resources.
  • Manage the security training platform, creating and deploying campaigns, and reporting monthly on training and phishing performance.
  • Contribute to evolving team initiatives and provide support as needed to ensure a productive technology experience for Aura team members.

What you bring to the table:

  • Associate’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3 years in business analysis, project management or communications
  • Effective communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience with Atlassian (Confluence and Jira)
  • Experience with KnowBe4

Pay range for this position is $63,000 - $90,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
