IT Business Analyst III (Jr PM)
We are seeking a dynamic and Business Analyst with Project Manager capabilities to lead and coordinate IT-related activities for office setups, relocations, and expansions in partnership with our Corporate Real Estate team. This individual will lead efforts to facilitate information gathering, create structured documentation and present findings to all levels of management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business analytics skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects involving internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects related to office buildouts, moves, and expansions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate, Site Business Leaders, IT Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external service providers and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
- Business Analytics: Use data-driven insights to inform project decisions, identify risks, and optimize resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Risk Management: Identify potential issues and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Budget Oversight: Track and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in real estate or infrastructure-related projects.
- Strong business analytics skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
