What You Will Do:
- Lead a team of 3-4 members within the global team/vendor organization, developing functional expertise and ownership for the Network Planning and Execution functional area.
- Drive innovation by designing and deploying GenAI agents that enhance supply chain capabilities and deliver transformative business value.
- Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement IT solutions, ensuring full integration with existing systems.
- Review and approve code changes to ensure compliance with technical and organizational standards.
- Provide development teams technical oversight, feedback, and guidance, ensuring robust and functional solutions.
- Work closely with project managers to define timelines, manage costs, and establish project goals.
- Partner with architects to ensure IT solutions align with business and technical objectives.
- In collaboration with developers and data scientists, ensure timely and effective delivery of IT controls.
What You Have:
- Hands-on experience with Generative AL frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Llamalndex, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI or similar).
- Ability to design, build, and deploy GenAI-powered agents or copilots to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, or improve user experiences.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI, with a drive to explore and implement disruptive solutions that bring new perspectives to enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated through certifications or 5 to 7 years of professional experience, technical knowledge of Snowflake, Python, integration middleware technologies, and application architecture with strong Supply Chain knowledge.
- Ability to collaborate with an extended professional technology network to help effectively identify, plan, and accomplish technology objectives.
- Experience leading and coaching developers and analysts across various systems/applications, technologies, services, and solutions, preferably in the Supply Chain technology domain.
- Knowledge of application design activities and deliverables; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools, and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into technical application designs.
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, or application.
