As an Investor Relations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will provide essential administrative support to the investor relations team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with the investment community. This role is critical in maintaining efficient processes and supporting the dissemination of accurate financial information to investors and stakeholders.
You will report directly to our SVP Investor Relations and you’ll work out of our Charlotte on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the effectiveness of our investor relations activities by managing communications, organizing investor events, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements, thereby contributing to the company’s transparency and reputation in the financial markets.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for investor relations activities including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating communications.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor presentations, earnings releases, and other communications.
- Maintain and update investor databases and contact lists to ensure accurate and timely outreach.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within finance or investor relations environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with financial documents and basic understanding of investor relations processes.
- Proficiency with office software and database management tools.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience supporting investor relations or finance teams.
- Good understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
