What’s in it for you:
We are seeking an International Logistics Operations Specialist to support the effective execution and optimization of our global import and export activities. This role drives operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across our international logistics network. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, analytical, and solutions‑oriented professional with experience in global freight operations.
 

What you will do:
 

• Own day‑to‑day execution of international logistics operations for U.S. import and/or export flows. Manage a designated book of business from origin coordination through final delivery at destination
• Optimize transportation lanes across air, ocean, drayage, transload, and trucking to strengthen cost, transit performance, and service quality
• Support productivity workshops and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support air and ocean spot quotes and support performance of drayage, transload, and carrier partners
• Develop and maintain standard work and operating procedures aligned with the International Logistics strategy
• Support corporate roadmap initiatives focused on cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability
• Collaborate with Procurement, Materials, Trade Compliance, brokers, NVOCCs, and carriers to advance centralized logistics operations
• Support visibility tools and analytics to provide cost, transit, and market insights
• Analyze door‑to‑door cost drivers and support freight allocation planning
• Monitor KPIs, define normal/abnormal operating conditions, and assist with root‑cause analysis for operational issues
• Recommend and implement process and technology improvements aligned with industry best practices
• Track global shipments, manage exceptions, and ensure timely delivery
• Resolve trade compliance issues that could disrupt international shipments
• Support Freight Bill Audit and Payment processes and related improvement initiatives
• Assist with SOP and work instruction development and maintenance
• Serve as a liaison across business units for international logistics needs
• Perform additional duties as required while maintaining a strong customer‑service mindset

What you will bring:
 

• 2+ years of experience in logistics operations. International exposure is beneficial but not essential
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs formalities, and rate structures for air, ocean, and drayage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of service in logistics operations
• Experience with Lean methodologies or willingness to learn and adopt Lean methods

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$56,300.00 - $101,394.99
