- Partner with senior leadership and People Team stakeholders to develop clear, consistent, and impactful messaging for employees across the organization
- Manage internal email communications, including audience segmentation, message distribution, and communication planning
- Support high-priority organizational communications, including:
- Executive announcements and leadership messaging
- Emergency, weather-related, and business continuity communications
- Training and compliance communications
- Clinical operations communications
- Organizational change management initiatives
- Produce and manage recurring communication vehicles, including:
- Monthly Clinicians Corner newsletter
- Quarterly Murmur newsletter for Specialists for Health Cardiology
- Monthly Connections all-employee newsletter
- Maintain and enhance internal communication channels to ensure timely, accurate, and effective information sharing across the enterprise
- Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase employee awareness, engagement, and understanding

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience leveraging multiple communication and digital engagement platforms to support large-scale internal communications initiatives
- Salesforce
- Experience utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable email communication platforms to develop and distribute large-scale communications to employee audiences of 500+ recipients
- Proficiency in audience segmentation, list management, and targeted communication strategies based on business unit, geography, leadership level, clinical role, or other organizational criteria
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex distribution lists and ensure accurate delivery of critical communications
- Canva
- Solid understanding of branding standards and visual communication best practices
- Proficient in Canva for the creation of visually engaging communications materials, including newsletters, intranet content, digital signage, presentations, and employee engagement campaigns
- SharePoint
- Experience publishing and maintaining content within SharePoint-based intranet environments
- Demonstrated ability to organize content and optimize the employee user experience through effective content management practices
- Digital Signage Platforms
- Experience using digital signage solutions, such as Carousel, to develop and deploy timely, engaging communications for corporate and operational audiences
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage digital content schedules and ensure consistency across communication channels
- Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting executive communications and organizational change management initiatives
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven exceptional written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proven solid project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
