We're actively seeking students for Summer 2027 Internship opportunities across our business. Spring 2027 Co-Op is open to construction management students. These opportunities provide hands-on experience, mentorship, professional development, and exposure to real projects that directly contribute to our organization's success.

What Happens Next?

Our team reviews all career fair applications and resumes following each event. Qualified candidates may be contacted regarding internship, co-op, or early career opportunities that align with their background, graduation date, and area of interest.

Program Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date on or before Spring 2028

  • Available to work full-time May-August 2027 or January-April 2027 (Co-Op)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Prior internship or leadership experience is preferred

  • Eager to pursue a career in the construction & manufacturing industry
