Intern – Local Operations 

(Based at MAS Linea Intimo - Biyagama)

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining MAS Linea Intimo as an Intern – Local Operations based at Biyagama. This will be a great opportunity to further your subject knowledge and gain hands-on experience while accelerating your personal development.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Support Corporate/Local Operations team with analysis of plant performance - Operational KPIs, etc.

  2. Support the business by conducting weekly stock meetings, coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functions

  3. Support in SAP [ERP system] related activities - recording, reporting, analysis and follow up

  4. Prepare daily reports on fabric mill WIP, FTT, other operational KPIs, etc. based on SAP data

  5. Follow-up and monitor progress of other special projects assigned



KEY REQUIREMENTS 

  • Undergraduates in Data Science, Business with IT, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools
  • Knowledge on SAP (ERP System) would be an added advantage.
  • Effectively interpret, analyze, and apply data to support the team with informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
