Job Description

ProSidian Seeks a Intelligence Analyst (IA) - Analyst | Counterintelligence and Insider Threat headquartered near Washington DC Area to support an engagement for Gov't. - Federal (USA) Sector Clients a federal Cabinet-level agency that provides near-comprehensive healthcare services to eligible military veterans at VA medical centers and outpatient clinics located throughout the country; several non-healthcare benefits including disability compensation, vocational rehabilitation, education assistance, home loans, and life insurance; and provides burial and memorial benefits to eligible veterans and family members at 135 national cemeteries.  The Veterans Health Administration is America’s largest integrated health care system, providing care at 1,255 health care facilities, including 170 medical centers and 1,074 outpatient sites of care of varying complexity (VHA outpatient clinics), serving 9 million enrolled Veterans each year.

The ProSidian Intelligence Analyst (IA) is responsible for identifying and prioritizing research and analysis topics within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and oversee the production of research and analysis plans. The IA identifies critical intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill gaps, and suggest new methodologies and collection techniques to eliminate gaps; optimize critical relationships with the HHS adn national policymakers for respective HHS Operating Divisions to ensure ongoing alignment of analysis with customer requirements; interact with customers on a regular basis and ensure customer requirements are routinely updated and prioritized.  The IA identifies and analyzes supply chain risks and establishes priorities and supports team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of HHS products.

Qualifications

The Intelligence Analyst (IA) - Analyst | Counterintelligence and Insider Threat shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.  Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct.  The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: ProSidian Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Professionals shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the government’s requirements, including the ability to speak, understand, read and write English fluently. Our Professionals will provide documents as needed to verify current and ongoing competency, skills, certification and/or licensure related to the provision of care, treatment and/or services performed.


The Intelligence Analyst (IA) must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with two (2) years experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC) and US Government Agencies within the national security community.  A TS/SCI security level clearance is required for the IA position.  The IA must have working knowledge of counterintelligence and intelligence analysis strategies and techniques, and experience working in an insider threat program is desired.  Excellent communications, interpersonal, analytical, and coordination skills, and working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are needed for the IA position.


TRAVEL:  Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements.  Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.  LOCATION:  Work shall be conducted at or in proximity to Washington DC Area

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” (also referred to as an “Employment Authorization”) by the USG’s designated Security Office.
