Job DescriptionKey Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound calling to clients on approved cases and all future needs based selling outbound initiatives for TC Life
- Convert approved cases to issued policies through consultative, needs-based selling and closing skills
- Determine client’s need and financial situations through fact-finding and scheduling call-backs and/or email communication
- Participate in marketing campaign outbound calls as needed
- Achieve individual and team goals and quality objectives
- Work within TC Life NB & UW to assist with the application process that requires a licensed representative interaction in order to better serve the client
- Ensure adequate system documentation for each client transaction
- Must have at least three years of experience working as a financial advisor or inside sales representative. (could be in a call center, bank, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree is nice to have; without a degree candidates must have 5+ years of experience
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses are preferred
