Founded in the early 2000’s, we have grown into an AV-rated litigation practice with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. The firm focuses on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients, with offices in over 15 states. The firm is known for handling complex, high-exposure matters and has built a reputation based on jury awards exceeding $10 million.

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote in Fresno office.
Billables are 1920 minimum. At 2000, you receive a 10k bonus. Each additional 100 hours is $7,500. So for example, at 2300 hours, you would earn a 34k bonus.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
· CA bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
