Job Summary

Hybrid (3–4 days per week in office)
Preferred locations: Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis, Cincinnati, Denver, San Francisco, or New York. Other North America cities may be considered.
Your Role
TYLin is seeking an Analyst, Insurance to support the management and execution of our global insurance program. Reporting to the General Counsel initially, and working as part of the global Legal, Compliance & Risk (LCR) team, this role will focus on the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of a complex, multi-coverage line, multi-jurisdictional insurance program.
This is an opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and brings a strong track record of building structure, enhancing processes, and leveraging technology to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the annual renewal and placement of the global insurance program, including coordination with brokers and internal stakeholders to compile underwriting submissions and exposure data.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for brokers and carriers regarding policy administration, endorsements, certificates of insurance, coverage inquiries, audits, and related documentation.

  • Maintain and enhance processes, documentation standards, and internal controls related to insurance program administration.

  • Develop and manage reporting dashboards and tracking tools to improve visibility into policies, limits, renewals, and key risk metrics.

  • Lead or support implementation and optimization of insurance-related systems, tools, or workflows to improve efficiency and data integrity.

  • Partner with finance, operations, and legal team colleagues to ensure alignment between insurance program structure and evolving business needs.

  • Support due diligence and integration activities related to M&A from an insurance program perspective.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen governance, consistency, and operational discipline across regions.

Note: While the role may have visibility into claims information for reporting purposes, primary responsibility is focused on insurance program administration and optimization rather than day-to-day claims management.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; professional designations such as ARM, CPCU, CRMP, or CRIS preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate insurance or risk management, ideally supporting complex, global organizations or clients.

  • Demonstrated experience working with brokers and carriers on large, multi-line insurance programs (e.g., professional liability, general liability, property, cyber, D&O, etc.).

  • Proven track record of developing and refining processes, implementing systems or tools, and driving operational improvements.

  • Strong technology orientation, including advanced Excel skills; experience with RMIS platforms, Power BI, automation tools, or similar technologies preferred. Experience with and interest in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance productivity is desired.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-starter mentality with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach - someone who identifies gaps, proposes solutions, and executes.

  • Professional maturity and career stability, reflected in steady tenure and meaningful progression within prior organizations.

What We’re Seeking:

  • A can-do mindset and a practical, solutions-oriented approach.

  • High accountability and follow-through.

  • Comfort operating within a global, matrixed environment.

  • The ability to bring structure and clarity to complex information.

  • Someone who takes ownership, remains calm under pressure, and delivers.

Why Join Us?

  • Global Complexity & Impact: Play a meaningful role in managing and enhancing a sophisticated global insurance program.

  • Process & Innovation Focus: Help shape how we leverage technology, data, and structured workflows to drive smarter risk management.

  • Visibility & Influence: Work directly with senior leadership and global stakeholders.

  • Collaborative Culture: Be part of a high-performing Legal, Compliance & Risk team that values initiative and operational excellence.

  • Growth Potential: Opportunity to deepen your expertise and expand your influence as the program and organization continue to evolve.
