How You'll Make an Impact
  • Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to craft engaging learning experiences that boost business performance
  • Partner with business teams to establish clear learning objectives aligned with organizational goals
  • Design and develop high-quality learning content tailored to the needs of employees
  • Conduct reviews of training materials to confirm objectives are achieved and implement necessary enhancements
  • Provide revisions to instructional materials based on feedback from stakeholders and experts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry tools and learning processes
  • Coordinate with Learning and Development staff, managers and directors to produce effective training deliverables
  • Participate and facilitate in-person or virtual meetings to support learning projects
  • Track project progress, milestones and tasks using team tools
  • Lead in-person or virtual "train the trainer" sessions to empower others
  • Diagnose and escalate risks related to instructional design projects to leaders and stakeholders

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning or equivalent experience

Experience
  • 2+ years of instructional design and development or equivalent experience

Skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Clear and direct oral and written communication
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of management and personnel
  • Professional interaction with the public
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Skill in using digital learning tools, delivery methods and platforms with minimal guidance
  • Ability to utilize standard templates across design tools and delivery methods to complete tasks

Preferred Qualifications
Education
  • Certificate in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related field
