Job Title: Instructional Designer – Sales Training SpecialistThe Opportunity
Are you passionate about creating engaging and impactful learning experiences? Join Hitachi Energy as an Instructional Designer – Sales Training Specialist and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to empowering our sales force. In this role, you'll collaborate with industry experts to design and develop innovative training programs that drive sales effectiveness. You'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge eLearning modules, interactive workshops, and more, all while contributing to a sustainable energy future. Preferred location is Raleigh, NC.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze sales force effectiveness initiatives.
- Create interactive learning experiences adaptable for all learning styles.
- Develop storyboards and gain alignment with stakeholders.
- Design and update engaging training materials, including e-learning modules and videos.
- Manage online curriculums using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Develop evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing synchronous and asynchronous learning programs.
- Proven experience in eLearning development and interactive workshop creation.
- Experience in sales training within a technical field is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
