National Account Executive

Charlotte, NC | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | November 2nd Start Date

Olly Olly is an Inc. 5000 company and one of Built In’s 2026 Best Places to Work in Charlotte. We’ve helped 17,000+ small businesses grow through digital marketing and SaaS, and we’re scaling our Charlotte sales floor with reps who want to build a real career, not just a job.

Whether you’re a recent grad starting your career, making a move into sales, or an experienced rep looking for more upside, this is a place where you can build quickly.

What You’d Actually Be Selling

You'd be helping small business owners get found online: getting them showing up in local searches, running ads that bring in real calls and appointments, and giving them a clear picture of what's working. For a lot of small business owners, the problem is simple: customers can't find them. You're helping fix that.

Compensation

Here’s what the pay actually looks like, not a "sky’s the limit" number with nothing behind it:

  • $45,000 base salary, permanent, not a training wage

  • Uncapped monthly commission that scales with your production, with the opportunity to earn up to 170% of the revenue you generate

  • Realistic Year 1 earnings: $80K to $120K

  • Top performers earned $300K+ in 2025

  • Base grows to $85K through performance milestones

  • Career growth opportunities into senior sales and leadership roles

Your First 30 Days

You won’t spend your first month sitting in a classroom waiting to start selling. You’ll learn the product, the script, and our sales process while getting on the phones and putting it into practice.

As you ramp, you’ll take on more of the sales process with the goal of being ready to run the full sales cycle by your second month. You’ll have coaching and support along the way, but from the beginning, you’ll be learning by doing.

What You’ll Be Doing

The job is built around consistent activity. Day to day, that means:

  • Making 70 to 80 outbound cold calls a day to connect with small business owners

  • Selling digital marketing and SaaS solutions that help small businesses grow

  • Learning our script and proven sales process, and sticking to what works

  • Building your pipeline from scratch, handling objections, and creating urgency

  • Participating in daily huddles, call reviews, and ongoing coaching with your sales team and manager

Who Thrives Here

This role is a great fit for someone who is competitive, coachable, and motivated by seeing a direct connection between their effort and their results. You’ll get a proven sales process, hands-on coaching, and clear expectations, but you’ll also be expected to apply feedback quickly, stay consistent, and take ownership of your results.

This is a performance-driven sales environment. Some days will be challenging, but if you enjoy competition, like getting better at something every day, and want to build a real career in sales, you’ll have the opportunity to grow quickly here. People coming out of retail, bartending, restaurants, coaching, team sports, the military, or any job where they had to work as part of a team and talk to people all day tend to do well here. So do experienced reps who are tired of a capped plan and want a floor that actually rewards production.

Recent grads are welcome too. No sales experience is required. We’ll teach you the sales process and give you the coaching and tools to succeed. What we’re looking for is the drive to learn, compete, work hard, and keep improving.

Not a Fit If You
  • Prefer account management or inbound-only roles

  • Want low-pressure or low-activity work

  • Aren’t comfortable making cold calls every day

Schedule & Location

The practical details:

  • On-site at our Uptown Charlotte location

  • Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST

  • First week of Training, 9AM-6PM EST, then you move to standard hours for the rest of onboarding

Culture & Perks

This floor doesn’t run quiet. It’s competitive, high-energy, and built for people who like to win:

  • President’s Club: an all-expenses-paid trip for the top 10% of the sales team every year, last year’s crew went to Cancun

  • Experienced sales leaders who are present on the floor and have grown within the company

  • Regular sales competitions with real prizes and a visible leaderboard

  • Team celebrations, recognition, and happy hours

  • Recognized as a Built In Best Places to Work company

Benefits

What’s covered beyond the paycheck:

  • Medical, dental, vision, and mental wellness coverage

  • 3 weeks PTO plus 10 paid holidays

  • 401(k) with 3% company match

  • Leadership development and opportunities for career growth

  • Weekly pay
