Own the full People Operations function, including payroll, benefits, employment tax, HRIS migration, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and process improvement. Lead two PeopleOps Generalists, manage global contractors and vendors, advise executives and department leaders, and partner with IT, Facilities, and Recruiting. The role requires hands-on management of multi-state payroll, HR cases, policies, performance processes, and BambooHR implementation in a fast-paced, fully in-office environment.

Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to small business owners, learn and follow a sales process, build and manage a pipeline, sell online marketing solutions, and develop a book of business. The role includes 30 days of training before transitioning into a full Account Executive position. Success requires competitiveness, coachability, consistent activity, ownership, and comfort with cold calling in an on-site sales environment.
