Job Responsibilities:

Garantizar la calidad de los materiales directos dando seguimiento al cumplimiento de los lineamientos de los proveedores para a su vez cumplir con los requerimientos de nuestros clientes.

Guiar a los proveedores  en el cumplimiento de los requerimientos corporativos (CQI-9) y de calidad (Estándares de calidad) para que a su vez Estampados cumpla con estos requerimientos con los clientes.

Implementar sistemas de verificación de la calidad de nuestros productos de acero y aluminio para lograr los mayores estándares de satisfacción de nuestros clientes.

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Licenciatura / Ingeniería

FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA:  1 año en la Industria Automotriz en puesto similar

CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:

-                  Auditorías al proceso y al producto

-                Manejo de Equipos de Medición (Vernier, Micrómetro, escalas)

-                  Conocimiento de herramientas de Calidad (PPAP y APQP).

-                  Especificaciones de aceros y aluminio

-                Estándares de Calidad

-                Requerimientos del Cliente

-                Procedimientos, instrucciones y formatos del área que le apliquen.

-                Enfoque a Procesos Automotriz

-                Pensamiento basado en riesgos

-                Requisitos específicos del cliente

-                Norma ISO 9001

-                IATF 16949

-                Core Tools

-                Formación como auditor interno en sistema de calidad
